Aventus are searching for a VP of Real Estate in Jeddah. In this position, you will work on the delivery of diverse assignments, focused on acquisition, investment/development and management of real estate funds and separate accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new investors and assets
- Develop pipelines of transactions, analysing proposals and recommending exit strategies
- Manage the relationships of third parties in all aspects relating to the real estate funds
- Supervise valuations, investment risk analysis and financial modelling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in real estate, finance, business, accounting or economics
- MBA desirable but not essential
- Strong experience in finance and accounting
- Fluency in Arabic & English
- Experience in Real Estate investment & development
- Open to experience in industry or big consultancy firms focussed on the sector
