Vice President - Real Estate Investment

Our client, a leading Investment Management company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their expanding Real Estate investment division as a Vice President. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the fund's Real Estate investment strategy and contributing to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Real Estate investment team, providing guidance and support to achieve strategic objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the Real Estate sector, conducting thorough due diligence.
- Develop and execute investment strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful Real Estate investment management, with a focus on Private Equity.
- Extensive experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian Real Estate market is highly desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
