Vice President of Investment Banking - M&A Execution

Overview:
Aventus are recruiting on behalf of a blue-chip award-winning investment bank which are actively seeking a seasoned professional to fill the vacancy of Vice President of Investment Banking with a key focus on M&A Execution (Generalist). The successful candidate will be based in Riyadh and will play a key role in driving and executing merger and acquisition transactions for the firm's clients.
Transaction Execution:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Oversee due diligence processes, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate potential investment opportunities and risks.
Deal Structuring and Negotiation:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure deals that align with strategic objectives and maximize value.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with counterparties, ensuring favorable outcomes for Aventus and its clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A execution.
- Strong track record of successfully leading and closing complex transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
