Position: Treasury Audit Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
We have recently been mandated by a leading Financial Institution to hire a Treasury Audit Manager to join their growing team
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of banking treasury functions and substantial experience in Treasury roles, Treasury audit, or Risk management, including ALM (Asset Liability Management), Market Risk, or Liquidity Risk. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our treasury operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for treasury functions, ensuring that all aspects of Treasury operations are thoroughly evaluated.
- Identify and assess key risks in treasury operations, including ALM, market risk, and liquidity risk, and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA, or FRM are mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking treasury functions, Treasury audit, or risk management (ALM, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk). Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of banking treasury functions, including cash management, investment strategies, funding, and risk management practices.
- Experience of working within Big- 4 firms is mandatory
The role is based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE and it is mandatory for the suitable candidate to relocate and live in Abu Dhabi
