Title: MarTech Manager 

Reporting to: Head of Consumer Insight

Job Location: Abu Dhabi


We are currently representing a successful retail and institutional brokerage to recruit a Technology Marketing Manager to growth the company's aspirations. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing MarTech requirements of the company, who can develop marketing innovation, to join a growing marketing. This is a hands-on role.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as super-user and product evangelist for digital tools and marketing technology platforms.
  • Own end-to-end of MarTech management, from vendor selection and assessment to implementation and optimization.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans including rollouts; being hands-on when needed.
  • Own the MarTech roadmap, clearly outlining the deliverables and timing.
  • Plan and run training to increase user adoption.
  • Advocate and champion tools & platform adoption internally to deliver operational efficiencies (automation) and marketing personalization to our customers.
  • Keep abreast with the latest technology trends and recommend opportunities when they arise.
  • Evaluate the MarTech stack regularly to ensure it's the best in class.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to review and optimize the MarTech budget to increase ROI.
  • Work with the CMO and Global Marketing Leads and their respective teams to address marketing technology needs, planning and implementing MarTech best practices.
  • Liase with Enterprise IT to align MarTech to the larger enterprise IT requirements.
  • Liase with Legal and Compliance to understand applicable data laws, and ensure our implementation and use is compliant.
  • Liase with Data and Product teams to oversee MarTech enhancements that increase the view of the customer (Customer 360)


Typical day:

This is a critical role in developing and implementing the company' MarTech Stack. One day might involve working with the CMO/Head of Customer Insight and Regional Marketing leads to plan and implement MarTech requirements, incorporate best practices and drive MarTech innovation. The next day you might be working with the MarTech vendor and marketing staff to train them on using the latest MarTech solutions. You might work with Legal and Compliance to ensure you are conforming to the regulatory regime and the next day work with Procurement and enterprise IT to contract and manage the MarTech vendor lifecycle. You will also work with enterprise IT for the selection of MarTech vendors and for delivering MarTech innovation.


Experience & Skills: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with MarTech in mass retail industries, financial services experience desirable.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud would be advantageous
  • Experience with Google Analytics and MMP (Adjust or Appsflyer) would be advantageous
  • Experience in handling data, privacy, and regulatory nuances.
  • Experience in having deployed and managed MarTech solutions and vendors. 
  • Understanding of the MarTech landscape and MarTech use cases. An avid marketing full-stack communicator.
  • Experience to use and understand how to leverage the capabilities of a CRM platform
  • Experience to demonstrate MarTech ROI and impact on customer and business
