Senior Executive – Senior Field Engineer - Enterprise Support

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Senior Field Engineer to join our Enterprise Support - Technology team. This role is key in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and managing systems to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contact center solutions and support IT service management (ISMART).
  • Administer Office 365, Microsoft services, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for both Windows and macOS devices (including Mac and iPad).
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance.
  • Support event and meeting IT requirements, ensuring readiness for online and in-person sessions.
  • Assist with system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation to support IT strategy and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT support and systems administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Office 365 administration, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and mobile device management (e.g., Jamf Pro).
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or similar certifications.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service orientation, and adaptability.
