Senior Legal Counsel
- Sole counsel in KSA (global legal team of 20+)
- Reporting to the Regional Head of Legal & Saudi Arabia CEO
- Construction/Engineering Contracts (subcontracts/consortium agreements/JV agreements/main contracts/NDAs)
- Local Employment matters
- Corporate Support
- Litigation Management
Experience/Suitability Requirements
- Between 7-12 years of legal experience
- Construction/Engineering experience is essential (at least 5 years)
- Applicants must be based in KSA (or have previous experience working on the ground)
