A Global Health Insurer that is a leading Insurer around the world is is looking to further improve their efficiency and payment's strategy. My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join their team and drive efficiency in in their financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing payment methods and enhancing overall financial processes.


Digital Payment Method Optimization:

  • Evaluate and enhance existing payment methods to improve efficiency and reduce transaction costs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative payment solutions.

Process Improvement:

  • Streamline financial processes to increase accuracy, speed, and overall effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow within the finance department.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements as needed.

Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate financial performance.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience 8 years in finance operations management with a focus on digital payment method optimization.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
