My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join their team and drive efficiency in in their financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing payment methods and enhancing overall financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Digital Payment Method Optimization:
- Evaluate and enhance existing payment methods to improve efficiency and reduce transaction costs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative payment solutions.
Process Improvement:
- Streamline financial processes to increase accuracy, speed, and overall effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow within the finance department.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements as needed.
Risk Management:
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
- Proven experience 8 years in finance operations management with a focus on digital payment method optimization.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
