The ideal candidate should have a strong background of insolvency expertise to support clients in the field of financial and corporate restructuring, contributing to the management of complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation for clients in financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy cases.
- Handle complex debt restructuring, distressed asset sales, and corporate insolvency matters.
- Assist with negotiations, creditor agreements, and reorganization plans.
- Work on a variety of restructuring and insolvency transactions across different industries and sectors.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers within the firm's well-established Restructuring Department.
