We are currently representing a successful fintech company to recruit a versatile and strategic Product Marketing and Social Media Manager to drive our marketing initiatives across Bahrain, UAE, and KSA. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can develop comprehensive marketing strategies and manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the fintech sector.


Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in Bahrain, UAE, and KSA.
  • Lead a collaborative marketing team, fostering creativity and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine strategies and drive growth.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage target audiences.
  • Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal Centralized Marketing Team teams to align marketing and social media efforts with product launches and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.

Analytics and Performance:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven metrics.


  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the fintech industry, ideally with expertise in the Middle East.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, preferably within the fintech sector.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content and managing social media platforms effectively.
