Our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Legal Operations Manager to optimize their legal operations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in legal operations within a bank, corporation, or large law firm. A law degree is not required, but expertise in legal operations support is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Streamline legal operations for efficiency.
• Manage MIS for KSA and Group Legal departments.
• Organize legal training programs.
• Administer legal systems and IT assets.
• Oversee invoicing and financial management.
• Manage identity and access systems.
• Facilitate onboarding for new team members.
• Lead and support legal projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in legal operations management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in legal management systems and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in KSA legal operations.
• Familiarity with KSA legal and regulatory environment.
• Certification in legal operations or project management.
