Investment Banking Senior Associate
Aventus are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Senior Associate to join a leading Financial Advisory/Asset Manager in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial valuations and modelling, along with four to seven years of experience in either Big 4 consulting or investment banking background.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support investment decision-making processes.
- Perform extensive research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including industry and market analysis, financial statement analysis, and risk assessments.
- Prepare pitch books, investment memorandums, and other client-facing materials for presentations to potential investors or acquirers.
- Assist in managing client relationships and coordinate with other internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the investment banking industry.
To be considered for this position, you MUST have experience of working within the GCC due to the clients mandate.
Requirements:
- English speaking, bilingual in Arabic would be a preference.
- Four to seven years of relevant experience in financial valuations and modeling within a Big 4 consulting firm or investment banking institution.
- Solid understanding of valuation techniques and financial modeling methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of investment banking products and services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.
