Job Role: Saudi National Investment Associate for Saudi Arabian Fund of Funds Entity
Analyzes financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions for investment decisions and provide the best possible investment suggestions. Supporting Finance and Investments team through financial analysis, research, due diligence, asset monitoring functions, managing smaller Deals/Funds, or assisting individuals in the investment team with investment management and portfolio management analytics as well as any major accounts. It will also support the feasibility team, transaction due diligence, closing processes, and help in the existing investments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES / ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the respective current cash flows.
- Analysis of the funds financial situation.
- Assists in completing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including working with external advisors.
- Assist with documenting project business cases & supporting analysis that feeds into acquisition opportunities and internal investment decision papers.
- Prepare reports on the portfolio performance.
- Supports in drafting related investment memos as well as preparing business plan review to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Managing ownership documentation including debt and venture agreements to ensure compliance and covenants and terms.
- Creating sensitivity models for strategic initiatives and provide concise results.
- Engage with colleagues to understand and evaluate project risks and opportunities.
- May recommend modifications to management's investment policy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
Professional Certifications:
- CFA / CAIA / ICVS is a plus.
- Years of Experience
- 2-3 Years.
Skills and Competencies
- Understanding markets, investment processes, and strategies are desirable.
- Strong numerical skills, financial skills, analytical skills.
- Strong attention to details and information gathering skills.
- Good knowledge in financial analysis/modelling.
- Proficient in Investment Analysis software
Business Language
- Fluency in English and Arabic
