Finance Business Partner - UAEN
Aventus has recently been mandated by a Local Bank Institution to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- monthly accounting and reporting for Wholesale Banking, including the preparation of analytical and insightful commentary and review.
- the Wholesale Banking Business and product teams as a finance champion, offering financial expertise and strategic guidance.
- and monitor Wholesale Banking targets and budgets, ensuring performance is tracked against them.
- peer and industry benchmarking for Wholesale Banking to ensure best-in-class practices.
- alignment between bank-wide financial goals and those specific to the Wholesale Banking segment
- assess, and report on the financial performance of Wholesale Banking segments and products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience a similar finance business partnering role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on Wholesale Banking.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and banking products and services.
- Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the Wholesale or Corporate Banking industry and market dynamics.
