Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data-driven strategies that empower clients to achieve business objectives. Leveraging your experience in consulting, data strategy, and AI, you will collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementation. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of data ecosystems, AI technologies, and generative AI techniques, coupled with a proven track record of delivering impactful results in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the UAE, understanding their data requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions o Build and nurture strong client relationships, anticipating their needs and providing expert guidance on data delivery strategies
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing data delivery team comprising data engineers, data analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Set strategic goals aligned with both client expectations and the overall organizational vision
• Project and Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of data delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business strategy. Proactively manage project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Quality Assurance and Governance: Implement and enforce robust data quality standards and governance processes. Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to data quality and governance guidelines
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to meet client expectations. Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders, both internal and external, on project progress and key milestones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably with a focus on client-facing responsibilities in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex data projects for clients.
• In-depth knowledge of data management principles, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset. • Familiarity with the data landscape in the UAE and a network within the industry.
