Job Title: Senior Associate - Corporate M&A
RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY TO DUBAI
Our client is a vibrant and prestigious regional law firm headquartered in Dubai, specialising in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The firm is growing and we are looking to speak with ambitious and driven senior associates who are keen to start their business development journey to partnership. Our client has a unique structure, providing a percentage stake in revenue originated.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a Western admission and a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A transactions. This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Dubai with a comprehensive relocation package provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting of agreements, and post-closing integration.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional activities and client initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including other practice areas, clients, and external advisors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Western admission to legal practice is essential.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations, and commercial law principles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
