Cloud & Network Engineer Opportunity in UAE
Our client, a prominent fintech company based in the UAE, is seeking a skilled Cloud & Network Engineer to join their Information Technology team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based network architecture.
- Configure and optimize network components on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement and manage network security measures.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate network requirements.
- Design migration strategies for transitioning on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
- Automate network deployment using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a network engineer, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS).
- Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Services and tenant account management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and related services.
