We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a leading Group in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in treasury management, loan management, cash flow analysis, budgeting, financial advisory, and asset management. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who can collaborate effectively with the board of directors and senior leadership while also driving independent financial initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance across the diversified portfolio.
  • Manage treasury operations, including liquidity management, investment strategies, and debt financing.
  • Oversee loan management activities, ensuring efficient utilization and compliance with lending agreements.


Cash Flow Analysis and Budgeting:

  • Monitor company cash flow and develop strategies to enhance liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting to support strategic decision-making.


Financial Advisory and Asset Management:

  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership and the board of directors, based on comprehensive analysis and industry insights.
  • Manage asset portfolios, including real estate holdings, investments, and other financial assets, to maximize returns and mitigate risks.


Leadership and Board Interaction:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture within the finance team.
  • Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the board of directors and other stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as CFO or 10+ years at a senior Financial Director level in diversified sectors such as real estate, banking, investments, government entities or Big 4 firms.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, treasury operations, and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership and the board.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information effectively.
