The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Shape and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation aligned with the company’s vision
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Implement robust risk management policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Financial Structuring & Capital Allocation: Optimize the company’s capital structure, balancing debt, equity, and internal funding. Develop strategies for debt structuring and secure favorable financing terms
- Banking & Investment Relations: Cultivate strong relationships within the Saudi banking and investment communities to facilitate capital raising and strategic partnerships, enhancing the company’s growth potential
- Advanced Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning: Create financial models that inform decision-making and provide insights into the company’s long-term financial outlook, preparing for various scenarios, including market expansion and public listing
- Operational Efficiency & Cost Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize costs, and improve financial and operational efficiency across the organization
- Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- Proven experience as a CFO, preferably in a tech company or fast-growing industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Expertise in managing investor relations and capital-raising strategies
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- 10 year's + of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
