Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified UAE National for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our semi-government entity. The ideal candidate must be a current CFO, CPA or CFA qualified, with extensive experience in treasury, risk management, and capital structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage treasury operations and capital structuring.
- Oversee risk management and compliance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering Emirati talent.
Qualifications:
- Current CFO
- CPA or CFA qualified
- 10+ years in senior financial leadership
- Proven experience in driving treasury, risk management, and capital structuring
