Role Overview

As a Channel Manager in a leading cybersecurity company based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with partners to deliver solutions to end customers.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners to drive loyalty and collaboration.

Sales Enablement:

  • Provide training, resources, and tools to enable partners to effectively sell the company’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop joint business plans and sales strategies with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive channel sales performance by setting and tracking sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the partner network.

Market Intelligence:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and refine channel strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing campaigns.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all partner activities align with the company's ethical standards and cybersecurity regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance and channel activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver seamless support to channel partners.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and strengthen channel relationships.


Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  • Cybersecurity/tech business experience
  • 5 years minimum in same or similar role
