A large UAE securities exchange is seeking an experienced BCM & EHS professional to establish robust and resilient operational continuity while prioritizing the well-being and safety in line with global best practices.
Working closely with the CRO and CEO, you will manage the development and application of BCM Framework and establish business continuity plans commensurate with the nature, size, and complexity of their operations, ensuring BCM plans are defined, rigorously tested, and implemented across all departments. You will also drive the establishment of an organizational culture promoting compliance to environment, sustainability, health, and safety global standards.
To succeed in this role, you will come with at least 10+ years in a similar role within an established company, with at least 4+ years in a Financial Institution. You will also possess extensive knowledge of EHS and business continuity principles, practices, and standards, as well as regulatory requirements and industry standards.
