Job Purpose:
As the AVP Talent Acquisition, you will lead and drive the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier professionals who align with the organizational values and objectives of a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary. This role focuses on creating a pipeline of exceptional talent, fostering a culture of inclusion, and supporting Saudi nationalization goals, while ensuring recruitment excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and Saudi Vision 2030.
- Ensure talent acquisition efforts prioritize the nationalization agenda by actively identifying and recruiting Saudi nationals across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of high-caliber candidates with corporate business backgrounds.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Oversee the use of innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging technology, employer branding, and partnerships with academic institutions and industry associations.
Nationalization & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, particularly with regard to Saudization and diversity initiatives.
- Design and implement programs to attract, engage, and retain Saudi talent, including leadership development pipelines for Saudi professionals.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-in-class recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other internal teams to ensure alignment on talent priorities and organizational goals.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies, career fairs, and professional networks to enhance the organization’s visibility as an employer of choice.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment efficiency, quality of hires, and nationalization progress.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of implementing nationalization strategies and meeting Saudization targets.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor market trends and corporate business environments.
