My name is Richard, I recently moved to the Middle East to Head up the Accounting & Finance Sector at Aventus. Originally from the UK, Birmingham, I specialise in Senior, Executive & Transformation finance appointments across the Middle East. 

Professional Expertise:

I manage the Senior, Executive & Transformation finance appointments on behalf of publicly listed, Large and Medium Corporates, SMEs, VC-backed growth-stage Firms, Private Equity and Advisory Businesses across the Middle East.

Career Summary:

I started my recruitment career Over 10 years ago at a global recruitment organisation. Starting as a rookie, I very quickly rose through the ranks to manage various finance functions in the organisation, ultimately leaving them as a Business Director. Now, I Head up the Accounting & Finance Division at Aventus.

Industry Insights: 

Finance has and will always be one of the key areas of any organisation from an SME to a Global Organisation. We have seen massive growth in Real Estate, Construction, and SME organisations across the GCC over the last couple of years. There has been a rise in finance candidates moving to the Middle East due to the growing economic climate.
