Due to the project-based nature of some of these initiatives, our contract/interim recruitment model provides organisations with the flexibility to bring in specialised expertise as needed.

Career Summary

With over 7 years of experience in recruitment, I have developed a strong track record across various industries, working with some of the most renowned recruitment companies in the world. During my 4 years at Randstad in Sydney, I led the commercial division, specialising in medical device and pharmaceutical recruitment. Sydney's dynamic recruitment market provided me with the opportunity to place senior permanent candidates while managing fast-paced interim recruitment, often building teams of 40+ employees within a matter of days.

Since relocating to Dubai in 2022, I specialised in financial services recruitment across the GCC, placing office support roles within leading investment management, asset management, and hedge funds. I connected C-suite executives with top-tier talent, ensuring they had the essential support to optimise their time and drive strategic decisions.

My ability to adapt to diverse markets and understand client needs has allowed me to consistently deliver high-quality results.

I love being outdoors - whether it’s watching the stars in the desert, going on a 10k bush hike, or catching the sunrise. Maybe it’s the Australian in me, but nature always helps me clear my mind and feel refreshed.
