A passion for international business and culture took him to Spain for work in hotels, and later to the University of Birmingham where he earned a degree in International Business with Spanish. His earlier career then included work for an international trade consultancy in Chile, before helping to manage a marketing agency in Argentina.
Career Summary:
In 2015, George began his executive search career in London with Society, the global B Corp-certified search firm. There, he partnered with purpose-driven organisations on senior hires. While earning a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, George joined Green Park, Europe’s leading inclusion-focused talent advisory. There, he worked with industry leaders including HSBC, Edelman, and GSK on critical leadership appointments.
Now at Aventus, George leads the Marketing and Commercial Practice globally, bringing transparent and expert advisory services to help organisations secure transformational leadership in strategic roles across marketing, sales, and related fields.
