Insurance related business in Dubai looking to bring on board a multi skilled individual to lead the operational strategy of the Marketing, Human Capital and IT departments, ensuring seamless integration and alignments with the organizations objectives. The purpose is to drive alignment, foster innovation, and ensure the organization remains competitive and customer-centric in an ever evolving landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Define the departments strategy in alignment with the organizations priorities & strategic objectives enabling organizational efficviency.
- ensure strategies across all 3 departments serve their individual goals and synergize with eachother.
- foster a culture of innovation
- Encourage departments to stay ahead of industry trends
- Strategically allocate resources both human and financial across the departments
- Engage with senior leadership, external partners and stakeholders.
- proactively approach strategic challenges and opportunities
- consolidate the annual budgets for the reporting functions
- oversee budget preparation
- Analyse international market trends
- process and procedures implementation/oversee this process within each department
- oversee operations of organization
- produce reports on company operations
- develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators
- manpower planning
- define goals and KPIs for direct reports
- Ensure high level employee engagement and capability development
- define operating framework for the department
- identify opportunities to streamline processes
- evaluate the effectiveness of processes used within department
Mandatory requirements:
- Masters degree preferred - will accept bachelors
- 15 years minimum experience in leadership and strategic operations
- strong knowledge of IT, Human Capital and Marketing functions
- excellent leadership skills
- UAE Nationals preferred for emiratization purposes (Arabic speakers may be considered)
- Budgeting and financial management experience
