We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Fundraiser to join a dynamic business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully raising funds from Saudi family offices and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The role will focus on securing investments for a range of real estate products, requiring in-depth knowledge of both the philanthropic and investment landscapes within the Middle East, particularly within the GCC region.

As a Senior Fundraiser, you will be responsible for leading efforts to raise substantial financial support for our projects, build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the effective implementation of our fundraising strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy Development:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to Saudi family offices and HNWIs, with an emphasis on real estate investment products.

Donor Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage potential donors/investors, particularly those from Saudi Arabia, building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with family offices, HNWIs, and key decision-makers.

Real Estate Product Promotion:

  • Present and promote real estate investment opportunities to potential investors, providing them with detailed information about the projects, expected returns, and alignment with their investment goals.

Proposal Writing & Pitching:

  • Prepare compelling fundraising proposals and investor presentations tailored to the interests of Saudi family offices and HNWIs, ensuring the delivery of key messaging that resonates with their objectives.

Research & Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the real estate market, economic developments, and philanthropy in the region, ensuring that fundraising efforts are aligned with emerging opportunities.

Networking & Relationship Building:

  • Attend key industry events, conferences, and meetings in the UAE and GCC region to build a network of potential investors and collaborators.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the broader fundraising team to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of fundraising campaigns and events.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on fundraising activities, tracking progress against targets, and highlighting key opportunities and challenges.


Key Requirements:


Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on securing donations or investments from Saudi family offices and HNWIs.
  • Proven experience in raising funds for real estate products or projects, ideally within the Middle Eastern market.
  • A deep understanding of the local culture, business environment, and investor preferences, particularly within the GCC region.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure significant investments.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling proposals, business cases, and investment presentations.
  • Knowledge of key philanthropic and investment vehicles used by family offices and HNWIs.


Education:

  • A relevant degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.


Languages:

  • Proficiency in English is required. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.


Network:

  • Established network and relationships within the Saudi Arabian business community, particularly with family offices and HNWIs.
