Job Title: Business Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a proficient Business Analyst with a strong background in stakeholder management and expertise in developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for a long term project based onsite in KSA .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by effectively communicating with stakeholders and translating their requirements into comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Business Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) with detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Prepare comprehensive BRDs, including use cases, user stories, process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure that BRDs are accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle and reflect any changes or updates.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Support:
- Support project managers in project planning, scope definition, and risk management activities.
- Assist in the prioritization of requirements and features based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on stakeholder management and BRD development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder interviews.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required.
