Compliance Lead - Implementation

To keep it simple, the main deliverables for this role will be implementation projects and day-to-day management of various compliance systems.

Picture yourself as the glue, the unsung hero. You'll be responsible for keeping the function together, working efficiently and promoting improvements.

You will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and a number of other Compliance Heads.

As a valued member of the management team, your input will be respected and acted upon.

What experience do you need/who is suitable for the position?

• This role is suitable for someone with approximately 5-8 years of experience.
• Have prior experience of implementation projects you've been the lead figure
• It's crucial you can show an understanding of administering compliance systems and learning management systems
• Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, such as third party compliance service providers
• Experience of similar 'heavy industries'; Energy, Construction, Engineering, Utilities etc..

Flexible Working: You will only need to be in the office 3 days a week!
