We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Fund Management to lead investment initiatives across real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing investment portfolios, and driving growth strategies. This pivotal leadership role involves shaping and executing the organization's funds management strategy while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive funds management strategy aligned with business wide objectives.
Investments
- Formulate and implement investment strategies to optimize returns in capital markets and real estate development.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities alongside internal teams.
Portfolio Management
- Oversee investment portfolios, ensuring diversification, risk management, and alignment with organizational goals.
Real Estate Development
- Provide strategic oversight for real estate development projects, guiding initiatives from inception to completion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as project managers, and constructors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare detailed financial reports, offering valuable insights into fund performance.
- Present financial updates to senior management and key stakeholders .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Proven executive experience in funds management, investments, or real estate development.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a history of successful fund management.
- Fluency in Arabic.
