🌟 The OpportunityWe’re looking for a commercially sharp, high-potential U.S.-based Sales Manager to join the Sales team in Texas. This is an individual contributor role that requires a U.S. national who can work in Houston.This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding market presence in the renewables, utilities, and energy transition sectors. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and building deep client relationships to position the company as a partner of choice in the energy transition landscape.You’ll share a commitment to innovative sales strategies to support strategic sales initiatives and enhance our footprint in key markets. The Houston office is the centre of excellence in renewables and energy transition projects, leading the way to a cleaner and greener future for the energy industry. 💼 What You’ll Lead and DeliverLead sales activities in key accounts, reporting to the Business Development team.Build, maintain, and develop strategic relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end users, targeting decision-makers across engineering, procurement, operations, and business development.Schedule and attend customer meetings to drive engagement and growth opportunities.Present solutions to technical teams and senior leadership at client organizations.Act as a trusted advisor by developing long-term customer relationships.Track and report on sales funnel, pipeline status, bookings, and client contact development.Manage CRM records, ensuring accurate lead and opportunity tracking.Participate in marketing campaigns and activities targeted at assigned territories.Promote brand awareness and conduct market and competitor analysis.✅ RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:3–9 years of sales experience in Energy Transition, Utilities, or Industrial sectors.Proven track record in Electrical, Automation, Industrial, or Digital/Software sales.Demonstrated ability to develop leads, secure meetings, and close deals.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering.Strong communication and networking skills.In-depth understanding of automation, electrical system integration, and software solutions.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.💰 Compensation & Benefits
