About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis to support rapid hiring within the aerospace, aviation, and defense sectors. This role will be based in Dubai with weekly travel to Abu Dhabi, and is ideal for someone with proven experience recruiting mechanics, pilots, and other specialized aviation personnel.
Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across aerospace, aviation, and defense domains.Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions including but not limited to aircraft mechanics, pilots, engineers, and technicians.Partner with hiring managers and HR teams in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi to understand hiring needs and deliver talent pipelines.Use a mix of sourcing techniques including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, and direct outreach.Manage high-volume and niche recruitment simultaneously under tight timelines.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Maintain accurate records and reports on hiring activity.
Mandatory requirements:Must have minimum 5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition Must be experienced in hiring within the aviation, aerospace and defense industryMust be happy to travel to Abu Dhabi on a weekly basis (1 to 2 times per week)
