About the Role:Popular and well known Abu Dhabi company are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead Organization Design (OD) and Talent Management initiatives for the business.This is a transformational leadership role where you'll design and implement OD strategies that align with business goals while enhancing internal HR governance, systems, and capability development.
Key Responsibilities:Drive and lead organizational design strategy, aligning structure and capabilities with business needs.Lead strategic HR projects focused on people development and change management.Manage ongoing changes to functional and positional structures, ensuring alignment with the company’s operating model.Own and maintain job descriptions, classifications, and resource allocation frameworks.Lead the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) implementation and enhancement, ensuring integration with reporting, automation, and analytics platforms.Oversee HR’s Integrated Management System (IMS) for quality, health, safety, and environmental certification.Partner cross-functionally with departments to ensure seamless HR business support.
Mandatory requirements:Bachelors degree minimum qualificationMinimum 8 years in human resourcesWell versed in UAE labor lawChange management and OD experienceExperience in Talent Management
