About the Role
We are supporting a leading GCC consumer goods company in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the beverages and impulse (including cans and ice cream) portfolio across the Dubai market. This is a crucial commercial leadership role that requires strong FMCG brand management experience and a deep understanding of local consumer behaviours.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the marketing strategy and execution for beverages and impulse products in the UAEBuild relationships and negotiate with buyers in retailers Lead end-to-end brand management, including ATL/BTL campaigns, innovation pipelines, and trade marketing alignmentDrive market share growth through data-led insights, product positioning, and pricing strategyCollaborate with sales, category, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market executionMonitor and evaluate brand performance, recommending improvements where neededManage external agencies (creative, media, research) and internal stakeholdersRequirements10+ years’ marketing experience in drinks or related FMCG with exposure to canned beverages, ideally also impulse or snacking categoriesExperience in major international FMCG brands desiredProven track record in the UAE or broader GCC region, working with major retailersStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinkingExperience working in a matrixed, multinational environmentBased in Dubai
