Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on complex corporate matters, including M&A, IP, and governance, to senior management and business units.Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts and critical agreements, including those related to cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and international partnerships.Lead and manage legal aspects of international and multi-jurisdictional transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and coordinating with external counsel as necessary.Oversee and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and risk management strategies.
