Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Develop and grow sales team.Identify new business opportunities, generating leads and expanding our client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Monitor and analyse market trends to adapt sales strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project delivery.Role Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience within the payments industry.Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented approach.Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.Compensation:This position offers a competitive basic salary plus commission, providing an excellent opportunity for high-performing sales professionals to maximise earnings.
