Unit PurposeThe securities division exists to deliver high-quality sales and trading services across regional and international markets. It is tasked with expanding market presence, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing operations, and driving innovation within the brokerage and securities landscape.
Job PurposeThe Deputy Head plays a key leadership role in defining and executing the strategic vision of the securities business. The position is central to business expansion, regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and introducing client-focused innovation in brokerage and trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Strategic LeadershipRevenue growth, strategic alignment, digital innovation- Define and drive strategic initiatives across key markets (e.g., KSA, UAE, Egypt, Turkey)- Oversee digital transformation projects- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Compliance, etc.)
Operational ExcellenceCost-efficiency, process optimization- Lead cost-saving projects without compromising service quality- Improve operational workflows and systems
Market DevelopmentMarket share expansion, client base growth- Launch new products and services- Develop partnerships with key brokers in each market- Optimize pricing and trading structures
