Proudly 100% Qatari-owned, the platform has an ambitious vision to become the region’s dominant super app – merging convenience, technology, and lifestyle into a single seamless experience for millions of users.With a unique value proposition built on accessibility, innovation, and service to even the most remote parts of the country, Rafeeq is now scaling across the GCC – and you can be part of that journey.As Head of Loyalty & Gamification, you’ll lead the development and execution of an integrated loyalty, rewards, and gamification strategy to elevate user retention, repeat purchase rates, and long-term value across all Rafeeq verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the loyalty and gamification roadmap, covering categories like food, grocery, pharmacy, and lifestyle services.Build and optimise a scalable tiered loyalty program combining points, cashback, free delivery, and exclusive member benefits.Design and grow Rafeeq’s premium subscription offering (e.g., Rafeeq+ or Pro), including pricing models, feature bundles, and value propositions that drive renewals.Develop in-app gamification features (e.g., spin wheels, streak rewards, milestones, referral ladders) that engage users across journeys from ordering to referrals.Collaborate with data, product, and marketing teams to deliver hyper-personalised campaigns based on RFM segments and user behaviour.Track and continuously improve KPIs such as retention uplift, LTV/CAC ratios, redemption rates, ARPU, and churn reduction.Lead the tech integration of loyalty infrastructure into the platform’s wallet, rewards engine, and UX.Drive co-branded loyalty partnerships with banks, telcos, and merchants to fund or amplify the programme.Use customer feedback loops, surveys, and community engagement (e.g., referral leagues, user-generated challenges) to refine the offering.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or digital growth within consumer tech, mobile apps, ecommerce, or subscription-based platforms.Demonstrated success scaling or building tiered loyalty or gamification systems that drive tangible behavioural outcomes.Familiarity with personalisation strategies and collaborating with data science teams to optimise engagement.Creative thinker with an instinct for behavioural psychology, incentive design, and digital user journeys.Bonus if experienced in gaming, gambling, or products with high-frequency micro-interactions.Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; hands-on and strategic.📍 The role is based full-time in Doha.
