Job SummaryAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on construction and technical positions, as well as corporate and support functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, across various sectors within the group.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.Proactively source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent needs.
