Role OverviewThe Vice President – Real Estate Investment will play a key leadership role in identifying, underwriting, executing, and managing real estate investment opportunities globally, with a particular focus on developed markets (US, UK, Europe) and the MENA region. This is a senior role suited for an experienced investment professional who brings strong analytical acumen, deal execution experience, and a deep understanding of real estate markets and capital structures.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Origination & AnalysisSource, evaluate, and structure direct and indirect real estate investment opportunities across target geographies and asset classesBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, partners, fund managers, and other market participantsLead financial modeling, underwriting, and investment thesis developmentTransaction ExecutionLead due diligence processes including financial, legal, tax, and technical reviewsCoordinate and negotiate transaction documentation (SPAs, JVs, financing agreements, etc.) with internal and external stakeholdersPresent investment opportunities to the Investment Committee with well-articulated recommendationsPortfolio Management & Value CreationOversee asset management strategies for active investments, working with internal teams and operating partnersMonitor asset performance against business plans, budgets, and KPIsSupport exit planning and execution, including divestments or recapitalisationsLeadership & Team DevelopmentMentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance investment cultureCollaborate with internal functions including legal, compliance, finance, and investor relations
Candidate Requirements10+ years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or principal investingDemonstrable track record in sourcing and executing real estate investments across multiple geographiesStrong understanding of real estate financial modelling, capital markets, deal structuring, and asset managementExcellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to interface at senior levels internally and externallyEducated to degree level in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related discipline; MBA or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, MRICS) a plusUS real estate experience is required.
Salary: 40,000 AED basic + bonus + additional benefits
