Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing:Develop and implement recruitment strategies.Oversee job postings, resume screening, and interview processes.Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.Foster a positive workplace culture.Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.Performance Management:Design and manage performance appraisal systems.Provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations and feedback.Support goal setting and development plans.Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.Support career development and succession planning.Compensation & Benefits:Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and reward programs.Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.Compliance & Policy:Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.Update and enforce company policies and procedures.HR Strategy & Planning:Contribute to strategic planning and workforce forecasting.Align HR initiatives with organizational goals.HR Data & Reporting:Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.Health & Safety:Promote workplace safety and wellbeing.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Mandatory requirements:UAEN Applicants only8 years minimum in HRBachelors degree minimum qualification and CIPDMust be prepared to relocate or already live in RAK as this will be based there full time
