Job Description
You will lead the sales and marketing function across digital and physical channels, helping to shape the customer journey, grow retail relationships, execute events, and support brand-building initiatives.
You will report to the CCO who will train you to understand the company operations and industry, supporting your growth while developing in the role. You will also manage the Marketing co-ordinator who will support on Marketing initiatives. You will work closely and communicate effectively with the experienced Fulfilment Manager and help the Founder to grow the brand through effective relationship-building with retailers and Beauty Advisors.
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone excited to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
DigitalMonitor e-commerce performance and customer service across digital platforms.Manage and optimise website content (product uploads, merchandising, copywriting).Collaborate with digital partners to implement improvements (UX, SEO, CRO).In-storeBuild strong relationships with Beauty Advisors in retail environments.Deliver training and regular coaching to maintain brand standards and drive sales.Brand EventsPlan and execute brand activations and exhibitions across the region.Manage temporary staff, logistics, and on-the-ground brand presence.SalesOwn commercial relationships with retailers and partners.Identify new market opportunities through competitor and trend analysis.Manage retailer orders and coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing.Produce performance reports and share actionable insights with leadership.MarketingCollaborate with PR, social media, and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency.Support digital advertising and email marketing efforts.Track and report on marketing KPIs to optimise spend and boost ROI.
About the Person
ExperienceDegree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.3+ years in Sales and/or Marketing within the cosmetics or beauty industry.CRM and e-commerce experience (Shopify is a plus).SkillsStrong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in English and Arabic.Deep passion for beauty, with a good grasp of branding and digital marketing.
