About the Company:Pharmaceutical-focused confidential organization based in Abu Dhabi, managing a diverse portfolio of assets, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Director to join its dynamic team. The company is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and driving impactful healthcare solutions in the region.
Position Summary:The successful Human Resources Director will play a key leadership role in shaping and driving the HR agenda across the organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of four Human Resources Business Partners and will be responsible for ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the continued growth of the company. This position is best suited for someone newly entering their journey as a HR Director, someone ready to progress to this stage in their career who has strong leadership skills or someone who has vast experience as a HR Director with a smaller sized organization.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop the team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-impact HR solutions.Collaborate with the CHRO to implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s mission and business goals.Oversee talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management.Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on HR best practices, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.Champion a high-performance culture that reflects the company’s values and drives employee engagement.Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and systems across all assets.Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.Contribute to change management initiatives and support integration activities across business units.
