They will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities, including risk management, cash flow management, and investment planning.The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of corporate finance, procurement of EBLs/Guarantees, established relationships with key financial institutions, financial market trends, ECM, DCM, relevant financial regulations, and financial management software.Additionally, experience or expertise in Project/Structured Finance would be a significant advantage.
Job Requirements -
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar roleBachelor or master’s in finance and/or investment (e.g., BBA/MBA or equivalent) -Master degree is preferred Professional Certifications Preferred - CFA, CME, Treasury and Investment management certificates This role is limited to Saudi Nationals.
