Position Title: Vice President of Strategy
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative strategies that drive organizational growth and long-term value creation. This role involves crafting strategic plans, developing actionable business cases, overseeing transformation initiatives, and conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership, with expertise in market analysis, business model development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive market strategies and business plans to launch new services across key sectors within real estate.
- Lead business wide growth and transformation initiatives, including strategy design, execution, and performance optimization.
- Design and deliver innovative and practical solutions for large-scale business challenges.
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement impactful strategies.
- Prepare and analyze data to assess market trends.
- Develop clear and actionable reports for leadership, summarizing strategic insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Finance related degree.
Experience:
- At least 13 years of experience in strategy obtained from big 4 or relevant.
- Proven experience in the GCC market is essential.
- Background in top-tier strategy consulting, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
- Expertise in operational analysis, process design, and process improvement.
