Based in Dubai, I have over 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, working across the GCC and global markets. Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in technology recruitment, supporting organisations across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Microsoft Technologies, Infrastructure and other emerging technology areas.

I enjoy understanding businesses and the talent they need to grow, combining market research and talent mapping with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates. My experience has allowed me to work across different industries and technology functions, including FinTech, Banking & Financial Services, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture and IT Engineering.

I’m passionate about staying ahead of the latest technology trends, evolving skill sets and market movements. This allows me to better understand the changing talent landscape and provide clients with valuable insight while helping professionals navigate their careers in an ever-changing technology environment.

Why Recruitment?

For me, recruitment is about much more than filling vacancies. I enjoy understanding businesses, market trends and talent dynamics to create meaningful hiring outcomes. The strategic side of recruitment, from market mapping and talent identification to advising clients on hiring trends and building strong talent pipelines, is what I find particularly rewarding.

I also enjoy the relationship-building side of recruitment. Creating the right connection between exceptional talent and businesses where they can make a real impact is what makes the role so rewarding for me.
