I hold a Master's degree from La Sorbonne in Paris and spent 15 years at BNP Paribas France, working across Corporate Banking and International Banking with UHNW clients. Those years gave me a rigorous understanding of the financial world and of what it takes to earn the trust of demanding, high-profile clients - a foundation that continues to shape the way I work today.

Four years ago, I transitioned, almost by accident, into Executive Search, working across Monaco and Europe. What began as an unexpected turn quickly became a chapter I fell in love with. My background in corporate and international banking gives me a genuine, first-hand understanding of the industries and profiles I recruit for, allowing me to identify talent with real precision and to speak the same language as the clients and candidates I work with.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about human connection, mental health in the workplace, and training and development. In my free time, I turn to horses - particularly multi-day equestrian treks, where riding lets me step back, slow down, and reconnect with the rhythm of nature.
