I'm currently working with a leading international offshore law firm looking to hire an experienced Commercial Disputes Associate (5+ PQE) into its Dubai office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded disputes practice, working closely with experienced partners on complex, high-value international litigation, with particular exposure to the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands.
The team advises a sophisticated client base, including investment funds, financial institutions, multinational corporates and insolvency practitioners, on disputes involving multiple jurisdictions.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐ฑ๐ฒ:โช Complex commercial litigation and cross-border disputesโช Shareholder disputes and corporate litigationโช Restructuring, insolvency and contentious financial mattersโช Offshore litigation, enforcement and asset recoveryโช Working alongside international counsel and colleagues across a global offshore network
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:โช Approximately 5+ PQE, qualified in England and Wales (for Cayman & BVI Admission)โช Strong commercial litigation experience from a leading Legal 500-ranked or international law firmโช Excellent drafting, analytical and case management skillsโช Experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputesโช Previous BVI, Cayman Islands or offshore disputes experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. Strong transferable commercial litigation experience will be considered.
