Description:10–14 years of experience in relationship management, client engagement, business partnering, or stakeholder management within technology, digital transformation, government, or public sector environments.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing client-facing teams.Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic relationships with senior government stakeholders, with the credibility and influence to engage effectively at executive and leadership levels.Proven experience developing and supporting business cases for technology and digital transformation initiatives, including defining and articulating both financial and non-financial return on investment (ROI) and value realization.Experience working within or alongside government digital transformation programs, with a strong understanding of government operating models, decision-making processes, strategic planning, and public sector governance.
